Does anyone else have trouble talking in therapy. I feel like my throat closes up and I get so shy I can't even look at my therapist much less talk freely.

Ding ding me! Ahahaha I clam up, then I start thinking and get all shy, and then I think this woman is going to betray me I know it, and then when asked something I change it to the opposite of what I really mean, therapists are scary, mine makes me feel so see through and so dumb for everything I say, it drives me insane!!!!!!!
