All of the diagrams that ive seen of the male reproductive system show the the epididymis on the top of the testicle getting thinner before it reaches the bottom. Ive noticed that my epidiymis on both testicles is on the bottom of my testicles. The fact that ive never had severe testicle pain and that it has been like this in both testicles for a long time makes me think its not torsion. Theyve always been like this and ive never had any sexual problems. Is this normal? Anybody else notice this in themselves?
Went to the urologist yesterday and said everything felt normal, so I dont know, I guess it is either normoal to have the epidiymis in an alternative position or that its not the epididymis down there, its something else. Either way he said it feels normal
The diagrams that you see in books are just a generalization. Everyone is different. That is what each of us unique. As long as things are "normal" for you that's what is important. It's like saying there's something abnormal with you because your blood pressure isn't 120/80 as described as normal in the text books.
