Hello,

i just got my tooth pulled on the left side. While pulling my tooth, the dr was on the right side of me pulling, he was so close that I could hear his stomach hunger pains.

While pulling with great force, I kept pulling my hand up for the nurse to tell her that he was putting pressure on my nose while he was pulling. She just kept telling me it was 'pressure'.

When I got home, I set down at the table with my husband, I told him my tooth didn't hurt but my nose felt like it exploded. He started laughing, and told me my nose was twisted and pushed to the right side of my face. I ran to the bathroom to check it out and that is a clear angle to my bridge and my nose is more on the right side of my face in an almost twisted angle.

I went to the emergency room but was told that they could not do test for broken noses, I would have to call my Dr. So that I can go see an ent. The emergency Dr. Told me I had dried blood in my left nostal (sp?)

now I have to wait until tomorrow to get in contact with my Dr. The boney structure that saperates my right nostel from my left is completely on my left nostel, and my right nostal looks like this really big dark hole with no structure what so ever.

So you think it's broken, and if so, have you ever heard of someone gettign their nose broken while getting a tooth pulled.

YES I just realized mine was broken from my wisdom teeth extraction last year!!! Please go to the doctor before it is too late like it is for me. I just put the pieces together last night, of why I suddenly have a deviated septum and trouble breathing out of my right nostril. And why my nose looks so damn crooked and it never used to. I remember I took a picture of my swelling after my wisdom teeth extraction, and I noticed for the first time that I "had" a crooked nose!! A day later my nose swelled up like crazy, I remember not noticing, until I wondered why I looked so crazy ugly for an entire week-and it was because my nose was swollen (since it was broken!). I also had unusual bruises around my neck as well and huge bruises under my eyes or one of my eyes. Please get checked out before it's too late and you don't have proof that the stupid doctor broke your nose.
