I'm 13 and my stomach pains started today in the morning about 1:15. This is the first day, but I find myself trembling while the pains enter my stomach. I can't go to sleep, whenever I lay down I feel nausiated. I think the cause of this might be because of what I eat, I eat a lot of chili but this is the first time its happened. I'm not constipated at any rate, but I do have gas and at times I need to belch. This pain has me trembling, I am constantly trembling at my legs and soon to my hands. I don't know what's wrong but it makes me wonder what I have. Please help if you know anything....
