Q: Loss of Appetite After Operation

My appendix was removed last sunday, and I have for the most part been quickly recovering. However, recently (the last day or so) I feel like I am loosing my appetite and just slightly nauseous. I am eating small meals, but I don't really feel hungry. I am having pretty normal bowel movements, with no real issues. I have also had slight discomfort in my stomach, but I have a history of gerd and stomach acid issues, which is what is feels like.

Should I be concerned?

One thing to note is that I do take ritalin and strattera and I just began taking them again two days ago. I know that they can affect my appetite, but this seems to be more so then what I am used to from the medicines.

Considering you have other problems I wouldnt be too worried and starting those meds. Some can cause appetite decrease but Id still go to the dr to get it checked out to make sure thats all it is and nothing serious.
