According to the data you provided (sex, age, weight and height) and the formula for calculating ideal weight, you should be around 58 kg. This means that you are underweight and you need to eat more. Compulsive eating, however, is harmful for your stomach, no matter if you need to eat more. Stress can also cause an increase in appetite. You can consult a mental health professional for an expert opinion and to seek treatment for compulsive eating.
