HCG diet
Hi, I am on my 2nd day of phase 2 of the hcg Simmeons diet. I found a great ebook cook book. It has been helpful. I am going to a clinic in SLC, UT. that I purchase my shots from. I am 37 and am 5'7 182 lbs I am hoping to lose up to 50 lbs. Anyone have some great input for me?

My friend and I purchased our HCG from GHI Medical. It is pricey, but you do not have to go anywhere. It is all done via the mail and a fax machine.

how do you administer the hcg injection for weight loss? Can it be injected around the stomach area by pinching the skin?
