Nipple Scare Posted: 02-08-04 01:27am
Today my husband told me that lately when
he is sucking on my breast, he has tasted
something a little salty. Do you think
that happened because he could have been
sucking too hard? Could I possibly be
pregnant? What do you think?
I am 31 years old with a 7 year old
daughter. I am in pretty descent
health. I also take wellbutrin.

Hmm.. Well I dont know because I am
pregnant, just over 4 months, and I didnt
know anything can come out of ur nipples
very early in pregnancy. I gues it could
be possible tho cuz I dont know why else
he would taste that. Have u ever had them
peirced or anything? But I would say take
a test anyhow. R u late for your period?

Love-
I have heard of discharge from nipples
in women who are not pregnant. I don't
know what causes it though. Sorry.

I have a son that is 5 and I still have
milk and have not breast feed him since he
was 2months old. The dr told me that
this is normal and even some women who
dont brest feed have had this happen.
But of you think that you could be pg go
get a test to find out. Hope this helps.
My bf has told me the same thing at
times about that.

If it is breast milk or colostrum (comes
in before breast milk) it should not in
the least bit be salty. They are both
more n the sweet side exspecially
colostrum.
