Well, I am Czech, so I can say most of our surgeons are really good (we have way stricter rules for them than for example the US).
Anyway, if you come to CZ, do your homework first and check more of them carefully.

Well by my experience, and because I went there Santa Cruz , Bolivia is the best place to go, I went with a very professional organization Makeover Travel, their clinics are very nice, the doctors and medical staff are so prepared!!
