It seems to me that most ads for penis enlargement and such are scams. I don't know if there is anything out there that is really safe and effective. I would talk to a doctor about it. They would know more about what is real and what is a scam. Either way, four and a half inches would be just fine with me. Cool

i assume you mean 4.5 inches erect? If you mean 4.5 flaccid then you're fine. Did you know that 5 is average, and many men are smaller?

Just like women can get breast implants men can get penile implants. Not the kind for erectile disfunction but its almost a prostheses I guess, but isn't mechanical. I used to have to go to a surgery center every month to have injections into my disk between l4 and l5 and one day they had double booked and the room they had me in I had to share with a man who just had a penile enlargement and I heard the doctor telling him what he was going to have to do to make sure he recovered successfully and one thing was he has to sleep with an icepack on his genitals so he wont get erections in the middle of the night because if he was to get one it would cause the stitches to tear open causing pretty significant trauma. But the period that he couldnt get an erection was like 2 months. Unfortunately these procedures are costly and are not covered under health insurance as it is considered cosmetic and not of medical necessity.

First of all you shouldn't fret over it too much. You're not far off from average and if you learn how to use it and other things, a good woman won't mind. You didn't state your age and whether you're still growing, but no matter.

Secondly, I wouldn't recommend enlargement surgeries. They're very expensive and can cause many complications. It's usually done with two methods, injections and cutting. The cutting basically severs things in such a way that more of your penis is outside of your body, because there is more inside of you. When you're erect you might feel it by pressing on your perineum. I don't know what the injections are, but it is similar to saline or collagen injections to make your penis thicker. It remains soft so it's like wearing a fat coat on your penis. It's usually asymmetrical and deformed looking. Find some pictures and horror stories online and i'm sure you wouldn't even consider it for a second afterwards.

Third, pumps, weights and stretchers. These can cause injury and as a result more problems such as erectile dysfunction.

Fourth, pills are most likely a scam. It seems many have taken them and report success, but most report scam. They contain ingredients that increase testosterone, nitric oxide, blood flow, arousal, etc. Maybe they work for some, but who I don't know. Some also contain dangerous ingredients like yohimbe and l-dopa. If you try them, stay away from those ingredients.

Fifth, exercises seem very popular, but can also cause damage. I injured my penis once (pulling it out of a mold to make a copy for my gf. It got stuck and pulling it out broke some vessels. Haha, funny, I know.) and I searched the internet to find out if it was a big problem or if there was anything I should do. By searching I had found a forum for penis enlargement exercises. The exercises they were doing caused broken blood vessels like I had and were worried, but the answers seemed to be that it was not a big deal and would heal. That's not the damage i'm referring to, as i've read it can cause ed and decresead sensitivity and premature ejaculation as well. I mention the forum, because many men were reporting results and if you were to find one maybe you could learn more about the possibility of results, timeline, and dangers. I believe it takes a long time too. If you find a forum, look for bad feedback. That way you'll know what you're getting into and learn about problems and dangers. Also, if there is no bad feedback then perhaps the forum is moderated to be clean and positive, or even have fake posters.

Sixth, i've read a book recently about multiple orgasms and sexual health and it covered penis enlargement. It entailed things you need to do to give your body for it to restart penis growth. Such as supplements, massages (not stretching of the penis), some herbs, and an oil put on your penis to encourage skin growth, etc. I can't tell you whether it works as I haven't and am not trying it. But I figured you should know about all the options so you can make a decision.

the Book Is By Alan Ritz

The book he is talking about is the one by alan ritz. No idea if it works or not, (that is partially why i'm here Wink do a google search for that name and the posts on ehealth forum about a year ago will come up. Consider all the warnings about the info in the book being scattered all over the place, they are correct. Seems like good information in there (some info way off topic) but it is hard to figure out exactly what you should do. Perhaps some others on this board could share their experiences from the book with us.

Take care
