Off Pill....1 Cycle....missed Period!? Posted: 02-01-07 18:57pm
I was on the pill for 3 months, then went
off for two months so I could switch
brands. The first month I was off I had a
full period, on the 30th day. Now, it's
been 45 days! Before going on the pill, I
was about every 40 days. I'm showing
little/no symptoms and I know the pill can
delay your period, but I had a normal
cycle one already....Am I pregnate?

Have you been tested for pcos (poly-cystic
ovarian syndrom)?

have you been having unprotected sex? Why
did you go off the pill for 2 months to
switch brands?

Me and my boyfriend only had sex once and
used a condom. We didn't think it broke
or anything. I switched brands to what my
twin sister was on to get her periods
better. We gained weight on the other
one, we are both diabetic.
No I have not been tested for pcos. My
twin sister is currently being tested for
that, however I always had healthy periods
so the doctors weren't worried. So
confusing.....

Comming off the pill will messs up your
cycle even if the first cycle is "normal"
it may not be again for weeks. Call your
doctor my guess is he will tell you to
take a hpt and then if its negative start
your new kind of birthcontrol.
