I have been getting bumps on the surface of my vagina as well as in the space between my vagina and my anus, they come and go. I also had small white bumbs in the lips of my vagina but that also went away. I have been having sex with the same person for 2yrs and he has had no signs or symptoms of anything.I still get the bumps on the surface of my vagina weather I shave or not and I also have a foul odor , I had a discharge but that also came and left but the odour remained. Can u tell me what can possibly be wrong?

Sweetie, i'm not a doctor but it sounds as though you have an std.

Please see your doctor asap! Left untreated it could cause infertility.

Good luck!

Hello,

well I am not a Dr. But bumps can be a number of things...Is it painful? I know you said it has a ordor can be a bacteria infection, or a bad yeast infection. I would suggest going to the dr, and explain your symptoms to him or her. I wouldnt have sex until you find out whats going on. Good luck.

internal bumps
Hi,
Both my friend and i have realized we share the same kind of internal bump. We believe to have gotten it from sharing a common encounter with the same person through oral sex. I was wondering what could be transmitted from his mouth to our vagina's? It is a pretty small bump that doesn't hurt and doesn't surface in the skin. It hurts to squeeze. I believe that it is a sebaceaus cyst??? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!! We're freaking out!!!! it's only been 3 days for me, and 2 months for her...

thanks

It kind of sounds like genital warts (I'm not a doctor). With genital warts, men who have this seem to not show symptoms for years, if they show symptoms at all.
Go get it checked, he could have had an STD without knowing before you were together, or god-forbid, while you were together from someone else.
I think maybe you should both get checked together. Personally, I would go together and get checked for everything, including HIV. It's always good to know.

Its not genital warts because there is nothing surfacing. You can barely see it, and only when you touch you can feel it inside, and there is only 1 in one spot on the outter skin flap... We think it is a cyst, but we're not sure how that could have been transmitted to both of us from him, or even if thats where it came from.

I should have been more clear on my post. I wasn't talking about your problem, I was speaking to the original poster.

Edit: I didn't realize the original post was over a year old either.

Sebaceous cysts are called that because of their locations-sebaceous gland-which are oil glands. You wouldn't have sebaceous glands inside your vagina.

There ARE other kinds of cysts that can develop in that area.

If your friend has noticed this problem for 2 months, why hasn't she been to a doctor yet? The two of you should both go to a doctor and have this looked at.
