Hey everyone,
i've been kickboxing and running for the past few months and I feell like i'm losing muscle, not gaining it. I have no definition in my legs whatsoever and I feel so gross. I'm 16 and 5'3 and around 93lbs. What is wrong w/ me???? Ughh, it's so agrivating. Thanks!
