I just want to make sure that I am
tracking the days of my cycle correctly
because I have read different things.
I think I know to start counting the first
day of af, but do you count until the day
of the next af, or do you stop counting
the day before?
So I started af on jan 9th and I am due on
the feb 4th or so my chart says. So if I
do start on the 4th would that make my
cycle this month at 27 days or 26 days?
Just a little confused about this!!!

ovaluat or your own cycle is mest up ? If
you are trying to see when you ovaluwat
you count from day one of your period and
up till day 10 after that you can try ttc
,but sometimes its diffrent with every
women

Well I kinda already know when i'm
ovulating. I use the ovulation predictor
kits. I just want to know when to stop
counting the cycle... The day before the
next af or the day of af.

Just becasue I can't count (lol) i'll
change your example to make it easier for
me. If your period started jan 1st that
is day one then if your next period
started jan 31st that would make your
cycle 30 days long b/c the 31st is your
"new day 1." hope that helps!

thank you for clarifying that for me. I
was getting confused because I kept
reading different things.
I read that you are trying to conceive as
well. Also that your husband is sick.
My father had bladder cancer and he is
just now going into remission. He lost a
lot of weight, but he is doing much
better.
