This is relle relle embarrasing... But apart from using condoms, are there any other precautions that a couple shoud take before having anal sex?
And how can it be made more pleasant?
My bf wants to try it... And so do i... But we both have few insecurities...
A friend of mine also tried it, and she sed tht she had to clear her system ( ummm... Down thr !!) before she had anal sex...
How do u clear ur system? Embarassed

Most people use an enema to clear their system. You should also buy lubrication from the store. You'll probably need to use kind of lot. Make sure you communicate, and make sure that your partner goes at your pace, not his. It can be painful if the partner enters too quickly. Many people also use a finger or two before putting an entire penis in.

I would honestly just say to make sure you have lots of lube and a condom!

(the reason men (according to friends) enjoy it is because it's 'tighter' than the vagina)

i would suggest trying anal-ease you have to get that from a sex shop though. Also there's this gangin lube called jlo or something. Its not sticky it feels very smooth. Start in the spooning position 1st and be very relaxed or you can tear something easily. It heals very slow in there. I hope I helped some good luck..

Lube is good.

As far as "cleaning" goes, you can do something as simple as making sure you've gone number 2 recently, and you know there's nothing in there.

I love anal sex but only when my clit is being stimulated as well. Anal ease is great if your just starting out and make sure theres a lot of forplay first, it helps to be really turned on. I suggest a pocket rocket for clitoral stimulation. Found at any sex store and usually only about $10, anal ease is about $5. I would deffinately have him work a few fingers in there first as well. Good luck and remember, it gets better with time.
