Have lately had pretty severe problems with both feet becoming painful. It starts out with my feet feeling tight but their not swollen. Then it progresses to a deep itchy burning pain and a continual need to rotate /flex my calves/arches. Sometimes its so excessive its like I have restless foot issues combined with it. If I rub my feet its like there finally some circulation getting in, like the transition form very cold feet to warming, all along my feet and calf muscles it also is just a deep ache/pain. Sometimes using a nubby type massage brush gives relief but it also causes such intense itching that i've bruised my legs. I do occasionally have problems with restless leg- mainly with antihistimines or antiemetics but this is recent and really painful. I'm a nurse who is on her feet for 12 hrs but I buy really good shoes and often take them off and give my feet a rest during breaks. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
