yes you can get the feeling of period-like cramps early in pregnancy. I had them when I was 4 weeks pregnant with my son and they lasted a couple of weeks! I was so worried I went to the hospital but was reassured that all was well. They were not severe cramps, just niggly ones.
Not sure about the cloudy urine - I thought that was a sign of a urinary tract infection so you might want to get that checked out
