Whenever I get angry ,sad ,having stress ,pain etc my palms and foots can be felt cold..Its so cold..That 1 may feel like touched by an ice cube wen touched by me..When I am havin fever too..I feel like that..Grrr....Hard to tolerate.. I have an unknown pain on my knees-legs,hands,body. When I get up mornin I feel so tired.Late night during my studies after 2 o clock and all....I feel the same.. Ohh..Too bad it is..Am nt able to study much..During night..Due to sme unknown pain on my body(sometimes swelling on my kneee)... I sthere any1 like mee? ?

Yes, there are many of us my friend with those symptoms and many more. I have found that reading this forum does help greatly. As everyone here has suggested have a thorough medical exam to rule out any underlying issues. Chances are great you are experiencing anxiety. Although it's not easy to deal with, under proper care by yourself all of the related symptoms can be managed with great success.

I'm happy to here ur replies. I'm also facing many more problems; i am not an open minded person.I hear others problems,but I prefer not to say my problems to anyone.No1 can find me as sad or angry anytime. If some1 interestingly asks me to say about my problems sometimes wen i'm mood off,i openly says everything to that particular person. Then I get really sad thinking"oh!Why did I say?"like that...I get really confused..And I usually get very much excited and all. So is there something behind me? Is anyone experiencing this ??I'm happy with all.Wen I get alone,i feel so sad thinking abt something...I dont have any1 to talk freely..Like none is there to hear or share my problems.
