I started eating a high fibre cereal as insoluable fibre is an important thing to add to the diet. Fruits and vegies are also good but cereal has a direct impact that area.
Eliminate cheese/yogurts as I found yellow cheese would always have me bleeding the next day. Witch hazel cream is quite soothing if applied to fissures.
A food allergy test would be of benefit as it is a result of diet and healthy actvity of the digestive system.
Allow movements to happen without forcing or pushing. With cereal this should not be problem. To help the cereal work, increase water intake to at least 1 litre a day. Acidophilous capsules would help to re balance intestines as its a again, all connected.
I have tried and tested everything and finally after 3 years have cured myself. No operations or medication. Remember this is all a system. If its not working, its what you are doing that interfers with it... so just investigate what you do and then pay attention to what the result is. I did this with cheese. Maybe coffee or anything that is highly acidic may affect you.
good luck
