According to your symptoms, you are probably experiencing premature ejaculation (ejaculatio praecox). Premature ejaculation is a functional disorder without any organic damage to the genitals. Ejaculatio praecox is typical for young men with little sexual experience. Anxiety can cause ejaculation praecox, for example. Using a condom might help you to overcome the problem. Understanding and support from your girlfriend is also necessary.
