I need help I need to lose weight for the military and I cant join a gym because of a money situation so I was wonderin what are some things to do to get fit with out a gym

Jogging.

Sprints

i run up a flight up stairs over and over again, for a 1:30minutes. I then jog on the spot or jump rope. I do this pattern a number of times for 30 or so minutes.

Cut out all fast food and junk food. Cola, chocolate. Eat fruits, especially for breakfast. Try, fruits and only fruits for breakfast. Try fruits for a snack instead of bread or junk food. Go the supermarket and pick up lots of your favorite fruit and start with that first.

Good luck.

Do not over train and injure yourself.

Ok..

Firstly your going to focus on two things: aerobic conditioning and muscle conditioning.

Aerobic - you should start to develop a routine that requires at least 30minutes a day at about 70% - 85% of your hr max. Well proven techniques include fartlek training and interval training, type these in google and it may help.

Muscle - dont forget to pay attention to your muscle, this will improve your ability to exercise, hence, better fitness, and better balance, technique etc.
