According to the symptoms you report (drinking a lot of water, eating a lot, urinating a lot, weight loss and sleepiness) and your age (20 years old). you might be experiencing diabetes mellitus type 1. You should visit a doctor to measure glucose levels in your blood and urine. Every blood glucose value over 7.8mmol/L (when hungry) or over 11.1mmol/L (2 hours after eating) is considered "diabetes". There mustn’t be glucose in the urine.
