Right Menu In Diabetes...

Approximatelu menu for 1 week in diabetes from estonian dietologist.
Monday.
Breakfast:liquid oats soup in milk,sandwich/
/bread-50,oil-10,whole milk-200,oats flaks-40 gr/.
2 nd breakfast:sandwich with fatless cheese/bread-50,oil-10,cheese fatless-60.

Lunch.
Stewing beef with vegetables and rice/beef a 2 nd sort-100,rice-45,cabbage fresh-150,carrot-10,oil-10,onion-10,apples -200 gr/.

Afternoon snack:fatless cottage cheese,sandwich/oil-5,bread-50,cottage cheese-120/.
Dinner:sandwich with fresh tomatoe and cucumber,non-sugar tea,polonies/bread-75,oil-10,tomatoes-100, fresh cucumber-100,polonies-100/.

Tuesday.
Sandwich,1 glass milk,apples,or oranges/bread-50,oil-5,whole milk250,apples-100/.
2 nd breakfast:bread with sandwich and fresh cucumber/bread-50,fatless beef-25,faless cheese-50,fresh cucumber-100gr/.
Lunch:beef stewing with apples and vegetables/beef-150,potatoe-300,red cabbage-200,oil-10,apples-200/.

Afternoon snack:sandwich with cottage cheese/bread,cottage cheese fatless-100,oil-5/.

Dinner:roasted potatoe with sausage,cabbage salad,kefir/potatoe-200,sausage tea-50,oil-10,cabbage-100,apples-50,vegeta ble oil-10,kefir-100/.

Wednesday.
Breakfast:1 glass milk,oats kasha with oil,egg/whole milk-250 gr,oats flakes-40,oil-5,egg-1 piece/.
2 nd breakfast:sandwich with sausage and fresh cucumber/bread-50,tea sausage-40,oil-5,cucumber-100/.
Lunch:stewing fish with vegetables and tomatoes/fillet cod-200,tomatoes-200,potatoe-300,carrot-10 0,celery-50,onion-50,cabbage-100,oil-15/.
Afternoon snack:sandwich,apples/appls-100,bread-50,o il-10/.

Dinner:sandwich,polonies with salad from tomatoes,onion,carrot/bread-75,oil-10,polo nies-100,tomatoes-200,carrot-100,onion-100 /.
Thursday.
Breakfast:sandwich,milk,apple/bread-50,who le milk-250,apples-50,oil-10/.
2 nd breakfast:sandwich with egg,fresh tomatoes/bread-50,oil-5,1 egg,tomatoes-150/.
Lunch:goulash beef with cabbage,potatoe,cherry compote/beff fatless a 2 nd sort-100,potatoe-300,cabbage-200,cherries- 200/.
Afternoon snack:rusks with oil,1/2 oranges/rusks-30,oil-5,oranges-50.
Dinner:sandwich from beef roll,fresh tomatoes and cucumbers/bread-75,oil-10,fatless beef-100,cottage cheese-150,onion-50,tomatoes-50,cucumbers- 50/.

Friday.
Breakfast: oil oats porridge,milk,apples/oats-40,oil-5,whole milk-250,apples-150/.
2 nd breakfast:rusks oil,cabbage salad/rusks-30,oil-5,red cabbage-100,vegetable oil-10,onion-10/.
Lunch:vegetable soup,apples non-sugar/beef a 2 nd sort,lard-10,cauliflower-200,potatoe-300,a pples-100/.
Afternoon snack:cottage cheese,bread with garden-radish/bread-50,cottage cheese-50,radish-100/.
Dinner:sandwich cheese,smoked sprat,cowberry/bread-75,holand cheese-75,smoked sprat-100,cowberry-100/.

Saturday.
Breakfast:sandwich with milk,1 middle apple/black bread-50,whole milk-250,apple-100,oil-5/.
2 nd breakfast:fatless cottage cheese with bread/black bread-50 gr,cottage cheese-125/.
Lunch:german beefsteak with vegetables/beef a 2 nd sort-75,lenten pork-25,white bread-10,egg-100,onion-10,lard-15,potatoe- 200,carrot 200,beet-100/.
Afternoon snack:rusks and 1/2 orange/rusks-40,oranges-150/.
Dinner:roasted potatoe in oil,with roasted beef and egg,green salad/potatoe-300,fatless beef-50,egg-100,oil-5,salad -200/.

Sunday.
Breakfast:sandwichs with milk,apples/bread black-50,oil-10,whole milk-250,apples-150/.
2 nd breakfast:sandwich with sausage,salad beet/beet-100,black bread-50,oil-5,tea sausage-50/.
Lunch:rools beef with potatoe and plums/beef a 2 nd sort-200,potatoe-300,plum-100,oil-10,onion -10,bacon-20.

Afternoon snack:fatless cottage cheese,sandwich ,apples/bread-50,oil-5,cottage cheese-100,apples-150/.
Dinner:sandwich with meat and cheese,1 salt cucumber/bread-75,oil-10,fatless meat-50,cheese-30,salt cucumber-100/.

Cook dishes in diabetes.
Stewing meat with vegetables.
Cook meat with onion,salt,bay leaf,and pink.Add in broth cuting vegetables and rice,stew on a weak fire to softness,add oil,dress dill and nutmeg.
100 gr beef,45 gr rice,150 gr fresh cabbage,100 gr carrot,10 gr oil,10 gr onion.


Cabbage salad.
Mix vegetable oil with lemon juice,add shreding cabbage,apples,mix,dress salt,and saccharin.
Cabbage-100,apples-50,vegetable oil-10,100 gr kefir,lemon juice.

Stewing fish with vegetables.
Washing fish stew in water,in whic added salt,bay leaf,lemon juice or vinegar.Cuting vegetables cook in a fish broth,add oil and dress dill or petroselum.
Fillet fish-200,200 gr tomatoes,300 gr potatoe,100 gr carrot,50 gr celery,50 gr onion,100 gr cabbage,15 gr oil.

Rolls ham.
Rub cottage cheese to a cream kind,add milk,onion,horse-radish,salt,juice lemon.Receiving mass spreading on a ham and roll up a ham,like roll.Decorate a tomatoe pieces and cucumbers.
100 gr fatless ham,150 gr fatless cottage cheese,50 gr onion,1-2 tbl.Sp.Milk,1-2 tbl.Sp.Shreding horse radish,salt by taste,lemon juice.

Cabbage salad.
Cut cabbage,pour over sauce from vegetable oil,and wine vinegar,in which added onion,saccharin.
100 gr white cabbage,100 gr red cabbage,10 gr vegetable oil,10 gr onion,1-2 tbl.Sp.Wine vinegar,caraway,saccharin .

German beefsteak.
From data products cook force-meat,form his,like beefsteak and roast I fat to a brown shadow.Dress salt,mustard,tomatoe paste.Serve with vegetables.
75 gr beef,25 gr pork,10 gr white bread,10 gr onion,15 gr lard.

Beef rolls.
Meat cut,beat,smoked bacon cut and put on a meat.Pieces rolls up,like rolls,roast in oil and stew in water,adding salt,onion 1 tbl.Sp.Tomatoe puree,mustard and 2-3 tbl.Sp.Kefir.Serve with boiling potatoe.
200 gr beef,20 gr smoked bacon,10 gr onion,10 gr oil.

Cottage-cheese-fruit cream.
Boil milk with lemon peel,after take away peel,and cool ,ilk.Add 1 tbl.Sp.Starch,diluting in a cold milk,and boil milk.Egg,diluting in milk sweetener and rubing cottage cheese add ,mixing to milk,shake mass,decorate fruits and put on a dish.
100 gr cottage cheese,125 gr milk,1 egg,7 gr starch,150 gr strawberry or fruits.

Cottage-cheese cake.
From data products cook pastry and add his in greasing oil form.To rubing cottage cheese add lemon juice,and shreding peel.To shaking egg-white add milk,cuting almond and put on a pastry.Bake on a moderate hot 1 hour.
120 gr flour,2 egg,20 gr oil,300 gr cottage-cheese,250 gr milk.1 tbl.Sp.Cuting almond,salt,1 pinch baking powder,sorbitol.

Cottage-cheese cookies.
Cook pastry from cottage-cheese,oil,flour,and thinly roll,cut after,like cubes,from a top put jelly candies and roll up ,like pockets or hornlets forms.
100 gr dry cottage cheese,10 gr oil,105 gr flour,1 egg-white.

Egg salad.
Boiling eggs,like hard,ham,celery root cut,add spices,mix.
2 egg,50 gr fatless ham,1 celery root,1 tea sp.Vegetable oil,salt,mustard,vinegar.

Fish salad with rice.
Mix boiling rice and stewing cuting fish,with shreding apple and cuting tomatoes,add sourcream and lemon juice.
125 gr fish fillet,15 gr rice,100 gr apples,150 gr tomatoes,40 gr sourcream.

If your Dr.Allows you can write to every dish,like:proteins,fats,carbohydrates containg and together-calorie contents.
