Thanks girls! I can't believe he's almost 3 months either. It makes me want another one soon!
And yes, he was born with that much hair. I had an ultrasound at 37 weeks and the tech told me she saw hair but I wasn't expecting a whole fluffy head of it. Here's a picture of him when he was 5 days old (i can't get over how tiny he was)...
