Q: Any Advice...blue Veins And Sore Nipples

I was wondering if blue veins and extremely sensitive nipples were an early pregnancy symptom.I took a test last week and it was negative.I know I couldn't have been pregnant from the last time which was december 28,2006.The last time I ttc was january 17,2007.I just came off depo provera.I was due for another dose of that on january 10,2007.I was supposed to start my cycle but it never came.I don't want to confuse the side effects of depo with early pregnancy.I am so anxious to know.I was pregnant back in auguust and that ended in miscarriage..Same symptoms.I took a pregnancy test then and it was early also too.So i'm hoping so..I know people say depo can interfere with a pregnancy test.I'm not sure.Just looking for some 411.Thanks in advance

I don't think birth control does affect a pregnancy test. Blue veins/sensitive nipples can be a sign of pregnancy but it can also be a pms sign for some women.

I read that after coming off depo, it can take a few months for your cycle to return to normal.

The best thing to do is go to your doctor and request a blood test. This will give you a more accurate indication of whether you are pregnant or not

good luck!!!!
