I have had anxiety/panic for over six years now im 25 with two small children.
About three years ago I was really bad wouldnt go out alone virtually stopped eating, just panicked about everything basically!
I started to get on top of things and taught myself to beat the symptoms before they beat me kina thing!
Anyway,i developed really bad palps about two years ago,and was prescribed propanol which im still taking everyday.
I have also been stuck with a almost constant spinny/floaty feeling everyday for the past 7 months, and its making me feel crazy!!
Sometimes I get really bad palps with it too, which makes me feel even worse, really tired too.
I have been to see my gp,and had tests and everything is ok?
Does anyone eles suffer from theses kinda probs??
Xx

Hi,

your post mentions that you learned how to beat the anxiety symptoms, but some of my most memorable symptoms included the ones you're mentioning now (palpitations, dizziness/floating). Check out the "unreality" link at mc2method.Com/anxiety .. Does that sound like what you're experiencing? Maybe you haven't resolved the anxiety as much as you thought.

Also, i'm not familiary with the medication that you mention, but have you asked your doctor if it has any side-effects similar to what you're experiencing?

That is so weird because I have those spinning/floating feelings too. It is not like you are dizzy, but it is like your eyes are moving. I'm still not sure yet what causes it, but I think it is because I sometimes dont' take my meds. It feels like little short seizures to me. It really has droven me crazy to the point that I would just sleep and cry because I couldnt stand the feeling anymore.
