Hi there. Dating is hard and I find it that way the older you get. I guess i'm still considered somewhat young but most of my friends are in settled relationships which leaves me to fend for myself. Neways I do find that the older you get the more effort you have to put into it. As we get older we get more comfortable @ home and doing the things that we are acustom to..Ie spending time witht he child...Cat....Cleaning....Etc.

For starters its best to get out a few nights if possible. Even if you dont "find someone" or anything its alwasy good to go interact with people you dont know. Remeber, and we all know everyone says this but its so true...It comes when least expected. Stay up and get yourself out there if you wana start dating ^_^

I try and get out when I can. It's hard as I don't have a ton of family here to help with my son and I will never put "dating" before him. Not to sound "egotistical" but guys seem to be nervous around me. My girlfriends will always tell me after "oh so and so wanted to talk to u but he didn't know how u'd react?" like what??? Lol i'm justa girl looking for decent guy. I seem to attract all the "gangstas" which are soooooo my type but not someone i'd like to settle down with ya know?? Lol ack it also doesn't help that i'm almost 28 and look about 17 so guys my age think i'm jail bait!! Lol

Hi again. Well I can say a few things comming from a male perspective. First off 100% of the time I get asked if I should even be @ the bar/club etc...So I know how you feel when you say you look young. Another thing which i'm comming to realization myself is if you dont talk or make the move its pointless to sit around and be bumbed out about not finding anyone. Its funny how it works, just a few weeks ago I was sitting at home talking to my cat saying...what. But you know I really shouldnt be talking to my cat about that...I should be talking to some random strange person in a bar/club/restraunt/dmv/cost co/supermarket etc lol...If you get what im saying. Dont lose hope.....And looking young I guess is a good thing. ^_^

Lol, you are one of these girls that likes the bad guys. Why is that?? I have never been the bad guy. I am the nice guy, and thus always finished last.

i've tried looking for ones that take them young, but most start at 5 yrs.

Not sure why girls like bad boys, we all want a decent guy but seem to go for the ones that aren't because we get bored with the "good" guys.

Your son is adorable- my sister had her 1st baby last summer- and I love being an aunt and spoiling the b'eegers out of him!

Gym is a great idea- since they do have child care there! I would totally babysit! I wish I had a cat too- even if I am allergic. Sorry- sometimes I randomly ramble!

But- alas- the gym is good...College/trade school is another good place- where there are people there that are serious in making a difference with their life- or actually has goals >.< hummm...Ymca! Ya know- my sister takes her son to a class , he just turned 1 1/2 years old, and she goes with him- lets him intereact with kids his age- bet you will find someone in a setting like that! I tend to stay away from the bar/club scene.. That's where you meet them, and that's where they end up going everyweekend. Dating a drunk isn't fun- trust me. I dated one for 3-4 years..And he had a 4 year old daughter. That didn't bother me. What bother me is how he treated me like a babysit than a girlfriend. Although me and the daughter had a far better relationship, than me and him. Ha!

I'd look online too- you can modify in a profile what you are looking for- filter out the crazies- just don't send them this way- i've had my share fair!
