It all starts with a weird dream then I wake up shivering like i'm cold but i"m not ( you know when your outside in the cold and it feels like your stomach is shivering ). Then i'll have to go to the bathroom again and again still shaking the whole time until I cant go to the bathroom anymore then I start getting sick and the shakes (as we call it) eventually goes away . The whole deal lasts a couple of hours and has happened to me and my sister since we were kids. Please what is this I used to think it was anxiety or lack of sleep but man it freaks me out
