Usually vaginal bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy. Not all periods appear the same. You can take a home pregnancy test to confirm or exclude pregnancy. If the result is negative, you are probably not pregnant. If the result is positive, it seems that you are pregnant and in that case vaginal bleeding could mean that something is wrong with the pregnancy. Either way, you might consider making an appointment to see the gynecologist for an examination.
