My boyfriend and I have been together for 18 months and from the first time we had sex, my vaginal walls teared - leaving two lacerations on either side and very painful. My boyfriend's penis is considerably large and it is my assumption that this was the cause of the cuts. Thinking that time would heal, we attempted to have sex again after I felt "normal", however, the tears were re-opened. I have had these cuts for the entire time of our relationship and we have even gone over 2 months without having sex. I've been to my doctor who prescribed steroid cream and estrogen cream, which seems to temporarily be a fix and may allow my boyfriend and I to have sex 2 -3 times before the tears occur, opposed to on the first "try". I'm so fed up with this and it's affecting our relationship. I am especially confused by why this is occuring because I have had other partners in my past that have been large in size and this was not a problem. The latest "prescribed treatment" from my doctor is to take a blow dryer to my vagina!!!!! - to dry out the area, hoping for a quicker recovery of the cuts. I'm looking for suggestions or seeing if this has occured to anyone else!???? Can I be low on a mineral or vitamin, or can taking supplements perhaps help!???
