A couple of months back I got thrown off with the days that I was taking my pill. Last month I started my pill pack one day early so that I could start on sunday, again. Would this effect the pills effectiveness? I've had no breakthrough bleeding.

It is okay to start a pack early, you just would not want to start it later. =)
