I really need help with these horrible mood swings I am experiencing. I am 18 and 10weeks pregnant as of today and ever since about 6weeks I have been completely freaking out. On minute i’m a loving expecting mother and the next i’m jumping down my fiancé throat. I feel terrible after when I look at him and his face says: "i'm a medical question-up" I don't want him to feel bad because i'm being a total health forum but its seems uncontrollable. I tell him i'm sorry and he tells me he understands but I need help with this. Any suggestions? Did/do this happen to you?

It will get better during the second trimester but your moodiness will come back full force inthe third tri. There's not much to do except try and bite your tongue. It's great your finace understands and just let the doc explain it all to him, that's what my doc did with my ex cause he just didn't get why I was such a b*tch or crying all the time. Rolling Eyes men.

Congrats on your pregnanc!!

Oh hun I know the feeling. I was a complete cow during my first pregnancy. I scarred my husband for life by scratching him down the arm cause he said me having a waterbirth would be 'like a giant whale flapping around in a swimming pool'

i just freaked completely Shocked

it does get better- when you give birth Laughing

just try and take deep breaths and count to 10 when you feel rage. It realy works I promise Wink
