Milky Discharge Between the Legs

For the last year I have had a white discharge between my legs, the areas are tender to touch. I bath every day and wash very well in my private area. It goes away for a fews days, but returns. It does not itch or burn like jock itch in which I had in my younger days. Im a 52 year old male. It isnt a std because I have been sexually inactive for the last 2 years.
