According to the symptoms you report (bowel movement only once every 3-4 days and feeling bloated), you could be experiencing some form of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). In your case the dominant symptoms are constipation and bloating. Beside a high fiber diet you can use a laxative to provoke bowel movement. To investigate IBS, you can consult your primary physician and request the necessary diagnostic examinations.
