Especially eHealthy
i'll try to give you a quick rundown...

You ovulate 14 days before your period. Do you have a regular cycle? How many days is it (you start counting from the first day of your period)? If you have a regular cycle you can figure out when you should be ovulating.

Sperm can live for up to 5 days inside the woman's body so you should start having sex around day 9 or 10 (this is based on the average 28 day cycle). It's best to have sex every other night instead of every night so the man's sperm can build up.

Some women like to lay with their hips elevated afterwards so the semen doesn't leak out right away (but don't worry, even if the semen leaks out the sperm is still in there and heading in the right direction). Some women also like to start taking prenatals or folic acid before they conceive.

You can start testing with home pregnancy tests 4 days before your period is due but it's best to wait until your period is actually late.

Good luck, and I agree about going to the getting pregnant forum.
