Q: I Wanted One

I wanted a tattoo to symbolize my family love, but most tattoo parlors dont like to tattoo you if your pregnant. I dont blame them. It seems like it may be an odd time to do it, and you might as well wait. Besides, you might discover you want something different, or not at all when you give yourself time to think about it. Its a permanent thing and its nice to be sure your going to always look at it with love, like its a part of who you are. I have 2 tattoos (both tiny) and I love them. I really want one right now, but I think i'll wait a bit.

Yes, they won't do them while preggo cause of the risk associate with them. You could get an infection or worst case, you catch soemthing from the needle, then your baby will too. My ex drew me a tatto while I was preggo with our son and I went and got it when the baby was baoout 6 months old. Just wait, it's safer for everyone!
