Emotioanal Retention
depression is negative emotions that have been retained in the sub-concious mind that is linked to negative energy. This is a result of not being able to process the emotions properly. Whatever the emotions are that are retained are what are going to be experienced every day until they are released. If they are depressive emotions you will be depressed, if they are anxious or excited emotions you will have anxiety, if they are anger emotions you will have a short fuse and be angry about alot of things, etc. Releasing these emotions from the subconcious mind erases the negative energy that it is linked to. This permanently releases the negative energy that is dis-abling your brain to produce seretonin (the chemical that makes you feel happy) To release negative emotions you go to a doctor that practices NEGATIVE EMOTIONAL RELEASE TREATMENT
