Hello all, about a month ago I got a pretty bad cold. I noticed my throat started acting up. Since then it hasn't gone away.

I always cough after I eat, there feels like there is a lump in my throat, i'm constantly clearing my throat and coughing. At night my voice gets real raspy and I can't stop coughing/clearing my throat.

I do smoke, but i'm young. So I don't think it's cancer as I haven't been smoking that long. I do however have acid reflux.

Anyone know why this is happening? It gets me nervous, sometimes I feel like I can't breathe.

I noticed this also kicked up more after a death in the family, stress related possibly?

Any advice will help.
