I'm in my mid 30s and have developed this wave of dull pain (referred?) that gets progressively more intense that runs through my right, posterior lateral lower back and hip when I get close to orgasm and it keeps going until maybe 30 seconds or so after and fades. It definitely feels like a deeper pain and nothing superficial. I have tried to relax more during orgasm and it seems to help sometimes so perhaps it is muscle or nerve compression related?

I have also experienced the pain come and go on seldom occasion outside sex also.

I am wondering if there are any muscle strengthening exercises or anything I can do to relieve the pain permanently.
