Q: Sunday Starter?

So I am a sunday starter but I had a question about what that really means.... I have switched from nuva ring to bc pills and when I was on nuva ring I removed the ring sunday night and had my period start on wednesday ish and then continue through the new sunday usually. Anyway as I was switching to the bc, I took out my ring, let the "ring free week" continue wiht my period starting as usual around wednesday adn started my new pills on s unday. So therefore I was a sunday starter... But I was also on my period at that time. I read in another post that carifairy had responded to saying that if you are a day one starter you start on ur period but if your a sunday starter your not on your period.... That confused me because I was a sunday starter but still on my period. Is that ok? Thanks for the clarification!

That is okay...

You are doing everything okay!

Day 1 means you start the sunday after your period starts.

Sunday start means you start any sunday.

I know it gets confusing :p
