So I wasted time at the clinic, they said I have to wait till 6 weeks post partum and ifi havent started my period to take a pregnancy test so woohoo I get to take a preggo test cuz I highly doubt it would have started by then and alot of breastfed moms dont get periods for a long time either. Get to pee in a cup yet again thought I did enough of that preggers but then I decided to get soem groceries and joseph some cold meds cuz he is miserable he caught the cold everyone has, well the grocery store has no cold meds at all for children, I stood there for 20 min staring the only thing they have is childrens/infants tylenol, motrin and advil. Closest thing to a cold med was claritin for children. And I looked at diaper rash cream all they have is a&d and desiting what. So I went to the px, same deal no colds meds for children either they have allergy meds well benadryl for chidren that is it, I asked them if they had any and they dont, so im mad , its retarded why wouldnt they sell meds for kids for colds at all? Do they like havign the pediatrician seeing patients 24/7 maybe thats why hes always behind lmao u gotta take your kid to the drs just to get cold meds too I guess. I want my walgreens and walmart back ugh. I just find that soooo very stupid they wouldnt sell any.

But like I went to the drs when I was sick so ididnt pass anything bad to jordynne , I got robitussin (sp) and sudafed , and claritin for my allergies all meds tehy sell otc in the states. Do they want u to go to the drs for every lil thing ? But eh I figured out why the pediatricians always soo behind. Every kid in hohenfels has to go to teh clinic to get meds

How long have you been out of the states?

Some time last year I think, sudafed became a controlled substance. Apparently, you can use it to make meth or something. You don't need a prescription to get sudafed, but you do need to go to the pharmacy counter and ask for it. They record your name, the date you purchased it, and how much you purchased. I think it affects both children's and adult versions of cold medication containing pseudophedrine. Even some combination otc medicines like nyquil have taken pseudophedrine out so that they can remain in the aisles instead of behind the pharmacy counter.
