Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am on a special diet for health reasons (i have something called candida) and therefore can take no form of sugar in even moderate quantities. I cant for that reason have any of the creatines on the market which have added sugar, but I really want to take creatine. I was told that to be effective I would have to take creatine with grape juice or dextrose to be effective but I cant have either of these. The person in the sports store however told me that if I take creatine with ribose (one tbsp of ribose to two of creatine) this will be a very effective transporter to my muscles. Is this true? Will I really experience good muscle gains? I would have to mix it with water alone
thanks Question

Why do you want to take creatine? It's as bad as an anabolic steroid and while the immediate results may be pleasing, you're only headed for problems in the long run. Hastened muscle growth doesn't allow tendons and ligaments to grow at an equal rate, leaving you open for injury which is not a possibilty, its inevitable.
Just don't do it.
