Smoking and other factors. Sure I will go with that. Smoking plus other factors cause all the bad stuff. So, what are the other factors?? How easily can they be changed? Also, does smoking really do anything for you. It makes it so you are stressed out and need a hit. If you never smoked, you would never need the hit, nor would you get stressed out. You are paying good money to make yourself stressed out so you can smoke.
Anyways, you are saying it takes two or more things for all the bad stuff to happen. Okay, sure, but that is no excuse to smoke. If you removed smoking as one of the factors that creates health problems, would you not have a decreased risk of various health issues??
Your logic is wonky. Smoking alone does not cause health problems, so it is okay to smoke. That is just bs. Smoking is one of the factors, so why not get rid of as many factors/dangers as possible? Smoking, high fatty foods, lack of exercise, high blood pressure, can lead to a heart attack. Common sense suggest you try to elminate as many of those problems as you can, so you do not drop dead at the mall while shopping. Smoking would be one of those factors.
But, yeah, go ahead and keep on living. Nothing more beautiful as seeing a 40 year old or 50 year old person slowly dying in hospital cursing himself for ever starting smoking. Whishing he can turn back the clock and tell the younger version of himself to never put the things in his mouth.
