Hi i have been having a heavy growth of thin hair in my face and neck area which I think is quite normal for a asian girl, so I waxed it a couple of times now there is a thick growth of chin hair which I just cant get rid of. If I pluck it out today it grows back day after tmrw. What can I do there is no electro hair removing in my country, pls help me.
