Im going to be pregnant forever!! I went to the doctor today and nothing has changed. I thought for sure I wasnt far from labor with all thats been going on with my body these past few days!!
Today all of a sudden it hit me. Im so sick of being pregnant!!! I wish I was 40 weeks already because I want her out!!! Writing this makes me wanna cry because I feel so bad for wanting her to come out of her cozzy little home. But I cant take it anymore. Im always in pain. Pysical and emotional pain! Im severly depressed. I try to get out and do things I love like going shopping but I have freaking panic attacks everytime. Im nauseous and health forum to everyone lately and I dont like who I have become in the past 2 days! I am such an emotional wreck right now! I just want this to be over with. I want to hold my little girl. Even though I been feeling like this, I still told my doctor that I dont want to be induced unless im over 40 weeks. And now I somewhat regret telling her that. Gah why cant I have a time machine and up it 2 weeks?

I know by the time it gets near the end, it's just like get this person out of me!!!!! It will be soon though alexa, just think, in less than 21 days (let's say 3 weeks to be safe-could be waaaaayyy sooner) you will have your baby. That's really not that long.

I would have given my life to make it to 40 weeks.
Yea, she was only born at 37, but to have her fully developed and on time would have been better than anything!

I actually wanted to go over my due date...I was miserable, but wanted my baba to be a big healthy baby.
Instead I had a small baby that couldn't breathe very well...

I'm glad you decided to give baby the best chance by saying you don't want to be induced before 40 weeks.
So long as there is nothing wrong medically, that is the best thing you could do.
Wtg girl!

And sarah yup, theres many of us would do anything (inluding sleeping on our heads) to keep baby in there a few more weeks.

Thats one of the things that kept me from saying "okay" when she said she wanted to induce me. I thought about all the women out there that lost their baby and would have given anything to be where im at. And of course I was thinking of my baby and I since the doctor said she would be on the little side, (which I highly doubt lol) I want her to stay in there till shes a good size even if she gets too big for e to give birth too.

Thanks kia!!! Lol

Just because nothing has happened yet... Doesn't mean it isn't around the corner.

Your body is giving loads of signs of getting ready for labour, it's setting it self up.

Some women progress slowly over several weeks from like 1cm then a couple weeks later to 2cm.
Some women start labour at 0cm and go from 0-10 in a few hours.

Just spend this time making sure you haven't missed something from your hospital bag, setting things ready for baby.

Make a list of people to send birth notices to. Prepare the notices so you only have to fill in the time/date/weight/length and name. Address the envelopes, etc.

Have a run through of your "nursery" and see if there is that "essential can't live without" item that you always meant to get but never got around too.

I wouldn't doubt that she might be little. Not many people think they're going to have a small baba, and they do.

Hell, .Laura(aya), was 40 weeks and .Alyvia was only 6.13. But her belly was huuge!!!

It all depends on genetics!!

I'm positive that if .Oni would have made it to 40+ weeks, she'd be 8lbs+.

Only because they average about a lb. A week in the last month. She made it a week into the last month...

It's all a blurr though now, ya know?

These numbers aren't going to mean anything when she starts rolling over and sitting up!!!

ha lol I havent even finshed packing mine or the babys bag. I not really wanting to because seeing my bags there packed, will definatly make e go nuts. So my suitcase is just laying in the floor and I only been adding 1 item that I need every2 days. Sounds crazy I know but im so impatient and having my hospital suitcase all packed and ready to go would make it worse lol. I do have a list made tho and where the objects are just incase I go into full blown labor and cant finish packing.

Babymajic-
i was a big baby. 9 lbs and 14 oz. And so were my sisters. So im hoping shes not going to be over 9 lbs lol. Joey he was only 7 1/2. So maybe she will take after both of us and be about 8lbs . As of right now it feels as if shes 10lbs. Her head is engaged in my pelvis but her feet are jabbed up in my ribs and her butt is pushing out my side. Lol looks like an alien in there.

Girl, get that bag packed lol

you don't want to be in labour and trying to find/remember what you want to put in it.

Get it packed and then stash it in the cupboard or something.

*if* you have a quick labour you don't want to be running round like a headless chicken Wink

melia would have been 8 too I think if she has stayed in there a three more weeks. Lol I would have given anything to keep .Hunter in there for 40 weeks he may have been strong enough for heart surgery.

trey was born at 38w 3d. So we think. Lol I think it' was perfect. If he had stayed in there to 40w, he would've been like 10+ lbs!!!!

I had my girl at 28 weeks. I'm past that point now, but I pray every day that this one goes full term.

It does feel like forever sometimes i'm sure, but when your baby is attaining milestones it will all be worth it.

Good luck
