I was in an ambulance and they were freaking it was blizzarding out
and they thought I was gonna have the child in the ambulance!!!
There were alot of other things going on with me.

Hey thanks for your replies guys. My husband asked me that question a couple of days ago and I thought darn that's something I didn't even think of. I had my daughter 14 years ago, and I was induced and the doctor hasn't gone through anything like that with me yet. I'm 26 weeks, and we found out we are having a little boy. I have made an appointment with the midwife at the hospital, she is going to go through everything with me. Thanks again for your replies, I had no idea.

I'm not really sure, I would stay home as long as I could just cause I would feel more comfortable. Smile

Its really best for you and more comfortable to stay home as long as you can as long as your contractions arnt to close together. You want to be sure you make it to the hospital! Also if you feel pain in your back..You could be having back labor and you should get to hosp.

Hospital
I went to the hospital when my contractions were 5 minutes apart. Thats about as far as you want to push it. That way they can get you checked in and prept for delivery. It makes things go alot smoother. Good luck! God bless all three of you.

You also don't wanna wait too long especially if you plan on having an epidural, because they can't do it after a certain point.
