Why would you go from eating maybe once a day, to eating four times a day?

I weighed 115 lbs a month ago, & now I weigh 125 lbs!! what? How did I gain 10 lbs in a month!? I've alwayz had a great metabolism! I need some diet tips, if you have any? Please?

Winter winter winter. Most people/animals eat more to stay warm in the winter. A lot of people gain 5-15lbs in the winter.

No diet tips, just eat small meals, lots of fruits/veggies, not so much pasta/bread.

Excercise!
