Ok I had my period about 2-3weeks ago, and i'm on my 2nd week of active pills. Yesterday I did take my pill later in the day then usual, and today I have slight cramps and when I wiped there was a few specs of blood...What could be going on? Is it just from me taking it later, I know this has happened before to me, but never on the 2nd week of active pills! Any ideas or thoughts could be helpful!

I wouldn't think taking it later in the day would have an effect on spotting. Only if you forget one or a couple it might.

Doctors and nurses will always tell you it's normal to get spotting on the pill. I never used to bleed between periods then all of a sudden i'm bleeding for 2 weeks solid. Almost as heavy as a period. Well I rang up family planning they said don't worry about it, and a second nurse told me it was common too.

So hell, a few specs of blood when you wipe should be just fine Smile dont worry!
