Okay for the past 2 days....Everytime I go to the bathroom(#1 lol) there is this white stringy stuff in the toilet. Im mean it literaly looks like strings. Eww I know.

But what is it???

I done lost what I thought was my mucus plug a couple of weeks ago in the shower and it looked totally different than what I see in the toilet.

Anyone have a clue what it could be? Should I be concerned and phone my doctor?

Any info will help Smile

I'm going to say it's your mucus plug. It doesn't always come out all at once, so it could just be remnants of that or it could just be thick discharge. There are a lot of gross fluids involved with pregnancy, I wouldn't be too concerned.

Also it could be a .U.T.I if it is coming out in your urine, I have never heard of string like particles, but I do know that particles coming out in your urine indicates .U.T.I

I had that at about 34/35 weeks and I still don't know what it was.. I thought it was my mucus plug, but I actually lost that in the early stages of labour and that was very obvious what it was!

The increase in discharge during pregnancy is just nasty.. I think towards the end it gets even worse.

Zanny- do you know if you was dilated any at that time?

If I have a uti I def dont have any other symtoms.

My discharge totally stopped about 2 wks ago up until I got this. Very weird. Theres things about pregnancy that no one told me about. Lol surprise surprise.

Updaters....
Okay I just phoned the oncall ob/gyn and asked her about the really weird mucus because it just happened again and well she said its my mucus plug. And that it could mean I could go into labor in 2 hours or 2weeks but she said with all the pains I been having that it doesnt look like I have much longer!!! Yay!! Im getting excited! I wish she was my doctor. She sounds alot nicer than the old hag I have to see.

send me some labor vibes!! please
