I have a soft vein, or vein like lump that appears on the base of my penis when I am erect or when the blood to my penis is restricted. It can be moved, & when I tighten the skin in the area it is clearly a blue vein like color. It is not tender or hard at all, but feels very soft. It appears to go from the top left of the base of the shaft downwards towards my scrotum. It is really prominent when I am erect, but I cannot see it at all when flacid. I noticed this a couple of years ago,but now it\'s kind of worrying me. I have no other symptoms & I read that penile cancer was usually a wort or a hard lump. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
